Hand paddles
Hand paddles are a training aid for experienced swimmers and beginners. Thanks to them, they can improve the feeling for water and also realize the resistance that water makes during the pull. Hand paddles strengthen the grip of the arms. They are produced in several sizes. As a rule, larger hand paddles have better resistance in the water, which requires more force. Holes in the paddles improve hydrodynamics and the feeling of water. The ergonomic shape of the paddle copies the shape of the palm, so the movement is more natural.
