Product description

Enervit Carbo Flow with cocoa flavour is designed especially for endurance athletes who are expecting a long and demanding sports performance. It is a special product that contains specific carbohydrates (isomaltulose, maltodextrin) and cocoa flavanols.

Preparation

Mix 1 or 2 scoops in 150 to 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.

When to use

  • Recommended for long-term use, especially before a particularly difficult or important race and before a difficult training period
  • Take 1 scoop 2 hours before exercise for 14 days; or take 2 scoops 2 hours before exercise for 7 days
  • If you are without training on any day, take as a breakfast drink
